Students are asked to prepare a short solution presentation for evaluation by class instructors. Students may work with a prepared customer scenario or with one of their own customers. Their solution presentation must cover the following: clear articulation of the customer’s pain; features and functions of the product that could address that pain; “napkin sketch” or other high-level description of the solution they envision; and their approach to explaining the business benefits to the customer. |
